Bodegas Pirineos, Gewürztraminer 2023

Bodegas Pirineos are an awesome cooperative winery based in the foothills of the Pyrenees in the little-known region of Somontano. Starting in 1993, the cooperative now boasts over 150 talented winemakers stretched across 700ha of vines. All the vineyards currently farm sustainably and are on course to gain full organic status. Gewürztraminer 2023 is a wonderfully dry, aromatic Gewürz which naturally thrives in the mountainous region of Somontano. Bursting with notes of ripe peach, lemon zest, jasmine and lychee; the palate is crisp and elegant with a strong mineral, refreshing finish. An awesome wine to pair with shellfish or Thai cuisine.
